  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Thoroughly wash and dry Brussel Sprouts and Kale. Cut off the tops of Brussel Sprouts and Kale stems. Tear Kale into 2 inch pieces.
  3. Place Brussel Sprouts on a baking sheet and toss with garlic and olive oil
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until the Brussel Sprouts are tender. Toss in Kale and walnuts.
  5. Bake another 5 minutes until the nuts are slightly brown and the kale is crispy.
  6. Take from the oven and squeeze a fresh small orange or sweet lemon. Devoure!
